Larson Law Firm, P.C., serves individuals throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota who have suffered a personal injury or economic loss due to employment discrimination. Our main office has been located in Minot, North Dakota, since 1985 and has deep roots in the community.
Mark Larson is a certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a reflection of more than 30 years of litigation experience, applied knowledge and a record of results as a personal injury lawyer. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the AAJ representing North Dakota. The Board of Govenors is the governing body of the Association, charged under the AAJ Bylaws, with establishing and approving Association policies, including the adoption of a of a three-year Association budget on an annual basis.
He holds a masters degree in accountancy, and is a certified public accountant (CPA), which helps him understand insurance matters and the financial aspects of your claim for compensation.
Mark has lived his whole life in North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota. He was born in Hallock, Minnesota and grew up in Pembina, North Dakota. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1979. Mark and his wife Nancy have been married since 1979. They have five children.
